Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information that personally identifies you, like your name, address, e-mail, phone, credit card, and other personally identifiable information requested during registration for your Blink Inc account or as otherwise requested in the course of your use of the Services (e.g. information needed to reserve photo shoots or process photo purchases) (“Personal Information”). You may be asked to provide us with Personal Information when you register with the Blink Inc website or use any of our Services, and at other times. It’s optional to provide your information to us. But, if you decide not to provide the information we ask you for, you may not be able to use some or all of the Services.

Information from Social Networking Services

The Services allow you to register for a Blink Inc account by logging into your social networking service (“SNS”) account. If you elect to register for a Blink Inc account by using a SNS, you are allowing the Services to access your information and other content that you have provided to and stored in your SNS account and associate it with other information that Blink Inc has collected about you. Any information that we collect from your SNS account may depend on the privacy settings you have with that SNS, so please consult the SNS’s privacy policy and privacy and data practices.

Usage Data and Site Activity

We automatically collect information about the things you do on Blink Inc’s website and how you use the website (“Usage Data”). For example, each time you use the Blink Inc website we may automatically collect information like the type of web browser you use, your operating system, your internet service provider, your IP address, the pages you view, and the time and length of your visits to the Blink Inc website. We use Personal Information for internal purposes only, such as to provide you with the Services, to improve the Services, and to tell you about new products or Services. We won’t share Personal Information outside of Blink Inc, including for other people’s direct marketing purposes, without your consent, except as explained in this Privacy Policy. But, in those cases, your Usage Data is combined with the Usage Data of other people and de-identified so it does not identify you individually.

Through the Services, you may choose to access outside services and applications, such as Facebook, Instagram, or other SNSs. Service Providers

We may hire Service Providers (“Service Providers”) to provide services like photo shoots, hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, and marketing and promotions. We only provide our Service Providers with the information they need to perform these services for us.

Other Transfers

We may share Personal Information and Usage Data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with us, that is parent and sister companies. If we’re merged, acquired, or sold, or if there is a transfer of some or all of our assets, we may disclose or transfer Personal Information and Usage Data included in that transaction. You’ll have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if, in our opinion, the new entity plans to handle your information in a way that is different in an important way from this Privacy Policy.
